Dealer Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a dealer account or submitting a dealership application on AutoPurch, you agree to these Dealer Terms of Service on behalf of your dealership. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
Dealer accounts are available only to licensed motor vehicle dealers. You must provide accurate business information, including a valid dealer license number, and keep it current. AutoPurch may verify your information and approve, deny, or revoke access at its discretion.
3. Listings & Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your vehicle listings, including pricing, mileage, condition, vehicle history details, and photos. Misrepresenting vehicle information may violate state and federal law, including the FTC CARS Rule, and may result in removal from the platform.
4. Leads & Buyer Communication
Buyer inquiries submitted through AutoPurch are provided to you for the purpose of responding to that buyer's interest. You agree to handle buyer contact information responsibly, respond professionally, and not to resell or share lead data with third parties.
5. Fees & Billing
Platform fees, if any, are presented in your account's billing section. AutoPurch may modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the platform after a pricing change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not post fraudulent or duplicate listings, manipulate pricing data, misuse the AI tools, attempt to access other dealerships' data, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. AutoPurch may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your active listings will be removed from public view.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
AutoPurch provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee lead volume, sale outcomes, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoPurch's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
